He was checking for hail damage as a public adjuster to issue a claim with my insurance company to cover the cost of a replacement roof and siding. He was confident insurance would cover it and mentioned a 10% of the total claim approval cap that I would be responsible to pay out in addition to my deductible. This made me aware of the damage done to the roof and siding during the hail storm we had in February, so I will be getting multiple opinions and attempting to go through insurance myself to avoid the 10% fee. I did not sign anything at the time Mike was out as I was distrusting of the process (door-to-door makes me skeptical), though Mile was extremely friendly and informative, explaining the process to me as I had questions. I appreciate his customer service skills and transparency, though I have no other input on this company, so I will update my review as the process continues.
