Great installation. The team was quick and dealt well with the site challenges. Just a few issues. It would be helpful if they had a supervisor available on site that spoke English better than I speak Spanish. Especially at the beginning of the job to be sure everyone is on the same page as to the scope of the job. The second is that the quote needs to be more specific. We walked the job and noted the existing issues that needed to be addressed and what the specific materials were to be. We even took photos and provided descriptions of the type of fence and height of each section. The quote didn’t detail these but were sort of lump sum items. We accepted the quote and asked to be sure everything was included. It was not. “Oh, I forgot about that and didn’t included it” was the repeated response. Finally I gave them a sketch with numbered lines describing exactly what we wanted. We received a new quote based on that sketch and description. Installation went well until we tried to discuss a small section of 4’ high fence. It was item #1 on the scope of supply. The crew knew nothing about it. When contacted, the estimator had again not included it. In the end they threw it in and the job was done well.
